Advancing national SDG priorities

CountriesAdvancing national SDG priorities

UN pooled funds are flexible instruments that can be adapted to different contexts. Whether resources are needed in countries facing dire humanitarian situations, those transitioning from peacebuilding to stability, or situations where the focus is on peace and sustainable development, opportunities for employing pooled funding mechanisms exist in spite of national income.
Resources from global, regional and country-specific pooled funds are aligned with national priorities as stipulated in the United Nations Cooperation Framework or, when relevant, the Humanitarian Response Plan.
