Testing picture
A United Nations system-wide asset, the MPTF Office is hosted by UNDP. MPTF Office supports helps UN organizations and partners make fast and efficient progress, two elements central to SDG achievement.
The only office exclusively dedicated to interagency pooled funds, we provide comprehensive administration tools and services (LINK) throughout the cycle of a pooled fund: from planning to design, management, and operational and financial closure.
Innovation is at the core of all our operations, which helps us keep up with the demands and opportunities linked to pooled funds, particularly according to context.
Our work is fully aligned with the SDGs, 2030 Agenda, and the United Nations system-wide reform, and our broad portfolio of pooled financing instruments address humanitarian, transition, development, and environmental challenges.
Over the years, we have become a reliable partner to donors, United Nations organizations, national governments, NGOs, international finance institutions, and the private sector.
The MPTF Office is supported by a diverse and professional team (LINK TO TEAM PAGE) of financing, programme, policy, communication, and partnership professionals with experience from the United Nations Development System, civil society, and private sector.
Thanks to its self-financed structure, the MPTF Office serves as an independent and firewalled provider of pooled financing.

“The MPTF Office is a key provider of system-wide inter-agency pooled financing services that administers United Nations pooled funds. It is highly regarded by donors and participating organizations for its strong fund design and administration capability, high credibility to collect and make known ‘best practices’, setting standards for other organizations providing administrative agent services. It is recognized by most donors and participating organizations as the preferred choice for administrative agent.”
